I am glad that u tried ur best to score this much marks BT due to high competition in today's date u  will not get seat in government college. Also this year the paper was pretty easy so the cut off may get high in ur state also u belong to general category.
U can try for BDS in ur state.

All the best

So sorry for you my friend but looking at the competition going you can not secure a seat in the government colleges. I know it sounds harsh and rude but giving you any false promise would neither help you nor me. Those who got 505–510 even they are struggling in the all India quota's counselling to get a seat for themselves so, for you at this score you already know your fate by now. But you don't loose hope by this marks you can opt for BA MS or you can think about the private colleges but the minimum tuition fees is somewhere around 50–60 lakhs. If you that much financially sound then you can go for private university.

Hey
Here is the previous year cut off for admission in government medical colleges in Haryana and their respective cut offs for admission for the general category. You'd require a score around this range for a fair chance of admission here. Considering this you don't seem to have much chance.
