First of all Congrats on your marks. But to be honest it will be quite difficult in this marks to get into NIT's. Forget Top NIT's, you cannot even get a lower rank NIT with not so good branch. Now coming to NIST, yes you can get NIST in this marks because last year one of my friend got NIST in 82 marks, I am not sure about the branches but it can get you the college
