There is no any 15% quota seats in BHMS program. The counseling will be conducted by the state counseling Authorities on the basis of NEET score. The cutoff varies every year & also State to state so it is tough to tell you the exact but with this score the chances are less.

if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 370 marks and if you are applying under 15% all india quota seats then you should score above 400 marks to get a seat in government bhms college.i hope this information helps you.
