NTA has already releases the official cutoff regarding NEET qualification 2019. The cutoff mark this year is 134 for general and EWS category candidates, while it is 107 for the reserved categories.
Hence if you are a general student, you haven't qualified NEET, else if you are a candidate of reserved category, you have qualified.
