I'm really sorry to say, I but 168 marks in ews general category is very Low..
Their is no chance of government college or private college as well..
May be , on the last round if seat is vacant you may get seat in any private institute but the chances are very little..
168 marks from general category is very low..

The cut off was 147-720 marks for general category. You have scored just above the cut off marks specified by NTA for NEET 2020 with such low marks you may not get seat in any course through NEET. You need to score minimum 580-650 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in a decent. Here is the cut off for few colleges in 2019 for EWS category in UP

• Autonomous Medical College, Shahjahanpur: 575
• Govt. Institute of Medical Sciences, Greater Noida: 588
• Maharani Laxmibai Medical College, Jhansi: 587

This cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. You might have to prepare for NEET 2021 if you want to study Medicine and its allied courses. You should aim to score minimum 580 marks or above.
