With this score you have surely cleared the required cut off but this score is less for a good government college seat this year. There can be several self financed Medical college in your region which may provide you the seat. Go through previous years cut off and ranking on which those colleges took admission last year. Every college has different requirement. So check that carefully. Hope for the best.
