Well I don't think that you will be able to get an MBBS seat in a government college at 15%all India quota. since your category rank is around 14500 you may hope for a BDS government college at State level depending on the state you are eligible for.
You can also try for private colleges if you are willing to pay its high fees.

its hard to get government seat in mbbs but you can get admission in bams in govt medical college. It also depends upon the state you belong so go through the last year cutoff. You will surely get the idea which college you getting in Bams.
