The cutoff for admission in Kamineni  Medical College was 383 marks for SC category under state counseling in 2018. However the cutoff for admission changes every year depending upon factors like total number of applicants, total number of seats available under state quota and related such. And this year the cutoffs are expected to increase by 10-15 marks. And based on your NEET 2019 score, you have chances of getting a seat in this medical Institute as you're a reserved category candidate and the cutoff for the reserved categories ranges between 340-415 marks.

So you have fair chances of admission.
