I got 392 marks in neet 2019 can I get seat in karnataka minority colleges in all India quota I belongs to Andhra pradesh

Good to hear from you. As per the previous years' trends in the cut-off, it can be said that you have secured decent marks. As most of the colleges in Karnataka have a cut-off close to 450-650, your mark will not be land you in a Govt. college. But, you can try for private colleges.
