There is a chance to get a seat only if you have the DU Quota in your hand.
As far as the AIQ Closing Rank is concerned, it was near about 28.5k for the ST Category.
But the same under DU Quota was around 1.40 lakhs.
A score of 394 might fetch you a rank near to about the required cutoff through DU only, but for AIQ it's seems your chances are pretty blank.
