Hi Aayushi.
Considering your score and your category your chances of getting through the all India Quota is very less. The cutoff for the 85% state quota seats in the government Colleges of Madhya Pradesh is above 480. But you have fairly good chances of getting the state quota seats in the private colleges of your state. Let me update you with the cutoff scores of some of the private colleges of MP:
Chirayu Medical College - 457
Index Medical College - 444
LN Medical College -445
RD Gardi MC Ujjain - 460
Hope this helps.

Good luck!!
If you apply through the all india quota counselling then you will not get any govt. medical or dental seat in any of the institute as the govt. colleges demand the marks above 530 and even more than that. The cutoff marks for the govt. medical college in MP for unreserved category candidates were 493 with the rank 24398 in govt. medical college, khandwa. And for the dental college the marks were 463 in govt. dentistry college, Indore. So you quite beyond the reach of the qualifying marks. So it would be difficult for you to get the govt. seat in MP but I would suggeat you to try till the last round you may get the seat in college. Go through the link below to know more about the cutoff marks for the MP state quota seats.
