I got 446 marks in general quota in neet from Assam,with state rank 611,can I expect any governmental medical College?

I would like to inform you that looking at the statistical data of previous years, you have good chances to grab a MBBS seat in a government medical college in Assam with general category. However, please keep in mind that the cutoff this year may be higher than previous years depending upon various factors like no. Of candidates appeared from your state etc.
