Hello Sony,  As per the last year cut off students with 443 + marks got seat in the college you mentioned in your question. So as per last year cut off you have good enough chances to get seat in osmania medical college. But remember this are not final cut offs, because cut offs changes every year depending on various factors. But never loss hopes. Try to apply.
