460/720 marks in NEET 2020 is quiet good in spite of the pandemic situation. However the official cut off has not been released by NTA but according to previous years cut off, the cut off for BAMS colleges for OBC category is 400+ so there are chances of you getting an admission in Dr Sarvapali Radhakrishnan college.
