I am sorry to say but your marks isn't enough to fetch you a seat in a govt medical college for MBBS/BDS in UP through your state quota seat.However you may apply for the AYUSH courses.But do take part in the counseling as the cut off varies every year.

Dear Ravit, in 2018, under State Quota, 429 marks secured a seat in Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College under OBC Category. With 467 marks you have a decent chance in this college and Motilal Nehru Medical College.  Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
