Trust me it's really difficult for you to get admission in any government medical college under 85% quota with this less marks . Although as you said you also have a defence quota then there may be a slight chance that you get a college but can't be sure about this . I hope this was helpful

AP State Government Medical Colleges are categorised into SVU, AU and OU areas. You need to be a local for that area to claim its local quota benefits. However, the cut offs for various areas for General category for 2018 are:
- SVU: 458
- AU: 473
- OU: 454
Now you can see from this information whether you get a seat or not.
