I got 470 marks in neet 2019, can I get govt. medical college seat or payment seat through all india quota? I belong to obc category.

You have scored a mark of 470 in NEET UG 2019. According to previous year cutoffs of different Government medical colleges you have very less probability of getting admission into these colleges under 15% All India quota for OBC category. You have not mentioned your Homestate details so this is not possible to predict about admissions accurately.
