Sorry to say but there are not much chance of getting a seat in government college with a score of 471 in NEET 2019. You should have scored more than 550 then you can get a seat easily. Hope you're doing well. You have good marks but since this year's competition was very high, 15 lakh Students appeard for the exam so to surely say this is a Little bit difficult. You will get advantage of your caste and also your domicile certificate. You should positively apply for the counseling and start with the college of highest cutoff ranks.
