It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about the qualifying score & your admission possibilities. But based on previous year cutoff this score seems not enough to qualify the exam for JEE Advanced or get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs as a General category.
I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020. Try to score well in exam.
