You can certainly opt for taking admission in your preferred college through management quota.If getting a government MBBS college is not possible with this rank or you do not get your desired college then ofcourse you can go for management quota. Visit the official website for nta neet to know more about the detailed process of getting admission thorough management quota. Hope this helps .
