With a 49,000 rank in VITEEE, you are eligible for counselling at all VIT campuses (Vellore, Chennai, AP, and Bhopal), but it's unlikely you'll get a seat in category 1 or 2 at Vellore or Chennai, especially for the popular branches like CSE and ECE branches, where the competition is very high.
