Assuming these are your 12th Boards scores, you will definitely be eligible for NEET 2019, as per the rules and regulations set for 2018. The required score for qualifying for NEET is an aggregate of 50% for general category, 45% for Physically Handicap and 40% for reserved category in PCB subjects. You have an aggregate of 60% which qualifies for NEET Examination. All the very best for your preparations!
