As for getting into an NIT's or IIIT's firstly your JEE mains marks are viewed. Now as you have achieved 77 percentile then unfortunately this might not get you into IIIT Hyderabad in any top branch. But your cast criteria might help you in getting into some good govt. Colleges but for that you may check the past year cut offs of your desired colleges which will provide you a better idea of your admission into them. Or with this score you can try getting into some good state college or may appear JEE mains again.

You won't get it.
You have scored very less .You haven't scored enough to get NITs/IIITs and GFTIs .So you can try for state engineering colleges.
You can apply to state engineering colleges of your home state through state counselling.You may get that.
So you must apply for state counselling.
