if i want to take admission in iiit hyderabad through jee mains , will i have to apply separate for it

Once your JEE Mains result is out, you will be asked to fill out colleges in your priority order under JSAB counselling, which includes all IIITs, DTU and other colleges that offer admission through JEE Mains. You would just have to fill in this list, IIITH. Apart from this, no external form is required.
