 Hopefully, you have cleared your jee mains paper 1 but as your jee mains percentile is not good enough it won't help you get admission in any NIT.
 
For getting admission in any NIT your percentile must be at least 97.
If you have calculated your jee rank(via the method released by NTA i.e (100-your percentile)*8744.69) then you must be knowing that your rank is around 2 lakhs which is quite high.
But don't lose hope you have still got another chance this year in the form of jee mains paper
 
77 percentile is too less for getting any NIT. You cannot even get GFTIs, CFTIs with this percentile.
As per our expert 85 percentile is require by candidate to clear the Jee main Jan.
To get NIT your percentile should be above more than 90 to get even your home state NIT with help of home state quota.
