i got 79% in 12th and im a year dropper with gen:-78 percentile jee main score ,can i get admission in any government college with cs branch? if any please specify.

With this rank you can not get a seat in any of the government college and the same is impossible for the CSE Branch in government college . You might be able able to get a set in branches like mechanical or biotech in some government college and that too in physical round . Although there are chances that you might not get a seat in physical round also .
