I got 88150 overall rank in neet 2018 and under obc category i got 36673, can i get a government seat in medical college in karnataka?

Hello,

According to your rank and based on the previous year cutoff,  chances are less for admisison to Government Medical colleges in Karnatak under AIQ and also under state quota.

You may have chances for admission to private colleges.
