The first thing you need to know is that your 12th marks has nothing to do with REAP college allotment. They don't consider your 12th in making the merit list.
In your case you have average marks in JEE main and as you are from Rajasthan. You can easily get most of the private colleges and some branches in government colleges.
If your rank is below 3k in REAP merit list you can expect a good college.
