Your JEE MAINS percentile is good.You can get NIT Surathkal or NIT Trichy which are the best colleges in the state.You can also apply for state government colleges in Karnataka such as R V College of Engineering-Bangalore,Ramaiah Institute of Technology - Bangalore,
Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering - Mysore,etc
In Tamil Nadu,P.S.G College of Technology -Coimbatore,SASTRA University- Thanjavur,

Your predicted rank in JEE MAINS IS 97000(approx).
It is almost impossible to get good NIT nor you will get any IIIT. But you may get admission in private colleges like CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY, AMITY, SHARDA, LPU, THAPAR etc.
You may also get some government colleges like NEHU, DEHRADHUN. DIT, UPES, and other government colleges of state level.
