I got 90.25 in clat exam and rank is around 15260 and i am general of bihar state. Can i get any of nlus.

Hello Aspirant;
There is very less probability or say less than that. With a rank of around 15k you are not going to be in any National Law University.
I will however recommend you that join some traditional University at this stage and try next year. Hope it the best.
