To be straight , chances for u to get CSE or IT at SASTRA particularly at Thanjavur branch is NULL.
You can get into SASTRA by taking other branches and then if you can score above 8.5 /10 cgpa in first year(all branches study same content in first year),you can get into CSE
As you mentioned , you have chance of getting EIE,Biotech,BioInfo,….branches.
