According to your percentile, the probable rank of yours is about 4.7k.
It is obviously a pretty rank and yes you can get into the nits or iiits.
But not in top rated nits , sorry to say.

But in score card it was given that my CRL rank is 9842

Rank depends on many factors,
According to your rank, it is little bit difficult.

Is there any separate rank list for general category or we have to consider the CRL??
