You have pretty good chances of getting a call from PUMBA as the cutoff for the college last year was nearly 99.69. But it may vary a little this year. Since your CMAT percentile lies in a close proximity you can get a call.

Moreover you can also apply for other good colleges, which are even better than PUMBA in terms of placements like

GIM Goa (fees = 20 lakhs)
Great Lakes Chennai and Gurgaon campuses (17.15 lakhs)
XISS Ranchi (10 lakhs)
XIME Bangalore (10 lakhs)
IMT Nagpur (14 lakhs) and Hyderabad (12 lakhs) campuses
IFMR Chennai (12.5 lakhs)
