Actually, you cant do anything about it.The situation that is going on in our country as well as world is very problematic due to COVID-19 pandemic and nobody knows what will happen.The reason why they haven't responded regarding any further proceed is simply because there must be some issue.All you can do is wait for the further response.

In this case, you can wait for the call for few more days, like, upto 30-31 March, 2020. Then, you can check it out with them once, by contacting the respective authority about the same. There must be some discrepancies, may be due to corona virus pendamic or any other reason.
