See, after completing your BDS from the dental college, you can join in any hospital at the post of a junior dentist or assistant dentist. The salary will be like 20k to 30k per month.

Now for future, you should prepare well for MDS because now a days people prefer any doctor or dentist who is particularly qualified. 

Doing MDS will allow you to select the specialisation of your own which will directly benefit you in every way.

After that your salary will increase and then you should open your clinic once you have a experience of 3-5 years in the field.
