Hii..

There are many companies which do not see your marks there only see your graduation level marks don't worry about the marks if you have a skill you will find good company even top company your marks don't design your capability your skill and hence your skill you will get good company....

But main problem is my 12 th mark is less than 60% and almost all company criteria are 60% what I will do?
