Nanhi Pari Seemant Engineering Institute, Pithoragarh has a Training and Placement Cell that provides placement opportunities to students. NPSEI Pithoragarh placements ensure that students get placed in reputed organisations. As per the placement statistic 2023 available on the official website, a total of 35 students got placed as an intern in reputed companies. Some of the recruiters of the college are HCL, Suncore Microsystems, Chegg and many others. 

For this, the T&P cell provides training to the students by conducting various activities such as weekly online exams, spoken English sessions, career counselling sessions, group discussion sessions, resume-making sessions, twinning activities with other universities and colleges, and many more. NPSEI Pithoragarh also provides internship opportunities to the students. Every student should complete a minimum of 4 weeks of internship after the completion of the 6th semester which is the third academic year during the summer holidays.
