I got only 30 percentile in jee ,which collage will I get for btech

Hello aspirant,
Go back and study again. There is no such college which will grant you admission on scoring 30 marks in JEE.
I know its hard. But thats life. If you are not willing to reappear again for that examination, then join any of the engineering college in your locale, or appear for entrance examinations of Private universities like VIT, BITS etc etc
