No dear PUC marks are not considered in the NEET exam but it should fulfil the eligibility criteria. Puc marks only help you to appear in the exam. The minimum requirement of PUC marks is 50% in PCB.
So well prepared for NEET exam all syllabus that you study in 11th and 12th that totally helps in your exam.
