i had done schooling from delhi,can i use obc-ncl(state) certificate for jac delhi?

Your OBC-NCL certificate of any state will only be applicable if you are born in that state and you have your paternal roots from there. If you have done only your schooling in Delhi then the OBC-NCL certificate from there won't be valid.
