If you wish to obtain reservation benefits meant for OBC- NCL category candidates in the NEET Examination, then kindly go through the information below -

• For All India Quota Counseling, kindly produce the OBC- NCL document from the state authorities you have Domicile of, to avoid any kind of hassle later on.

It won't be affected by the fact you have done your secondary education from different states.. Hence you don't need to get it transferred or any other inconvenience.

Hello Aspirant,

See if your category is listed under the central reservation list of OBC available on the official website of NCBC then OBC certificate of Maharashtra can also be used to apply for NEET UG AIQ counselling conducted by MCC. And also the case that you have mentioned, if you had studied before 10th in Maharashtra and also holds the permanent residence in Maharashtra then your domicile would be considered as Maharashtra so you can take part in state quota counselling of Maharashtra as well even if you had studied 12th from any state of India other than Maharashtra.

******* As per the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India NEET 2021 counselling to be conducted as per the existing OBC and EWS reservation. The court has upheld the 27% OBC reservation and the 10% EWS reservation laid down in January 2019.
