I haev applied for GATE 2021 and I got a mail saying there is a defect in my application. I have rectified the specified defect and submitted. But I am not sure whether it is right yet. If there is a defect again, will I be notified again or will my application get rejected?

Greetings,

Since you have rectified the error and it been successfully submitted , your GATE application for the year 2021 will be accepted. If any error comes out again they will notify you immediately.
