I haev applied for GATE 2021 and I got a mail saying there is a defect in my application. I have rectified the specified defect and submitted. But I am not sure whether it is right yet. If there is a defect again, will I be notified again or will my application get rejected?

As you have already rectified it, you don't have to take tension it will be accepted. But for confirmation I advise you to send an email or contact them and explain all about this incident. They will help you.
