Hello,

If you selected the college and counselling process is completed then you won't get refund money. Only condition to get money refund is you have not got any college option in counselling process.

Seat is valuable for college as they make money which is paid as salary to staff members. if every one will leave without penalty for a better option then it will be loss. if you leave option during counselling then it will be taken by some other candidate.
