I have 37k SC category rank & 4.6 lack general category rank, can i get admission in DTU or NSIT?

Despite belonging to SC category, with this rank you are not going to get DTU or NSIT. Your CRL rank is too much high for these colleges.

But according to last year Cut off list sc category rank was 40k and more.... And i have 37k rank....
