I have 91%in jee sc category rank 3600 can I get admission in nit or any other? I am from Punjab which college should I apply for?

This rank is not good enough to get a seat in good NIT college but you can try in lower NITs there you will definitely get seat.

I am assuming that you are only sitting in NIT and IIIT counselling, so for that you must choose branch wise colleges that you are eligible from last year cut off. Make sure that prepare list of all those colleges (i.e. NITs, IIITs, state gov. colleges) that you can get into and you want get into then after fill options in the counselling.
