The validity of income certificate is based on the financial year mentioned in document. Thus the certificate needs to be updated every financial year in order to ensure validity. Also the old certificate may need to be provided as a key documentary proof required for issue of an updated income certificate. If this is mentioned 4 years validity then you can use this one for EAMCET counselling 2020 .
