I have already applied for jac delhi with 1500 registration fee I have not got seat till round 4 & for spot i will have to register again.

There is no need to register for the spot round as the the spot round is conducted only if the seats are left after the previous round of the counselling. You can login using the id and password and then you can edit the choices filled and the seat allottment will be declared by the july 18 and the physical reporting at the allotted institute afterwards.
