I was applied to jac Delhi spot round but I was not attend to that round is my money 10000 is refundable please tell me

Hello Mouli,
The counseling fees is not refundable in any condition. Then if you don't get a college or even you were not able to attend the counseling, your fees will not be refunded at any condition. So, you won't be able to get your counseling fees refunded.
