i have appeared for upsee my rank is 13012 GNOP. in first round of counselling i have been alloted REC AZAMGARH. Will i get better college ?

Yes, you can get good colleges in further rounds of counSelling. If civil engineering is your choice here are some of the colleges that you may get:

JSS academy of Technical education, Noida

Prayag Institute of technology and management

Institute of engineering and rural technology, Allahabad.

Hello dear aspirant

Since your UPSEE Rank is nearly 13k,  you definitely will get a better college in the next round,  all of these Rajkiya engineering colleges aren't that good,  even the private colleges are better than these colleges and you may get those colleges in the next cutoffs.
